Rigid uPVC Pipes

KML Classic Rigid UPVC Pipes are made of the highest-grade quality resin, ensuring the basic need for clean and hygienic water. Designed on state-of-the-art plants in India, these pipes are widely trusted for agricultural pipes and fittings applications. They come in 3 variants – Plain Pipes, Socketed Pipes & Elastomeric Ring Fit Pipes, branded as KML Classic Firmseal. Manufactured as per IS 4985:2000 standards, our pipes deliver a life span of over 50 years when laid and buried below the ground as per prescribed norms.

Plain Pipe

Plain end pipes are supplied with one coupler for Solvent Cement joining as per prescribed standards.

Socketed Pipes

KML Classic Self socketed pipes have one end self socketed and other end plain. It joins with the help of Solvent Cement.

Firmseal (Ringfit) Pipes

KML Classic Firmseal Pipes are equipped with an Electrometric Sealing Ring that enhances the UPVC joining system, especially in higher diameter pipes ranging from 140 mm – 400 mm OD. The durable rubber sealing rings ensure leak-proof joints, easy installation, and the ability to withstand pressure beyond specified testing standards, making them a reliable choice for agricultural pipes and fittings.

KML Classic Rigid upvc pipes are available in size of 20 to 400 mm and pressure rating of Class 1 to Class 6 (0.25Mpa2/2.5 Kgf/cm2 to 1.25Mpa2/12.5 Kgf/cm2) confirming to IS 4985 : 2000 as per application requirement.

Corrosion Resistant :
Immune to galvanic or electrolytic erosion
Chemical and Biological Resistant :
Resistant to acids, oxidizing agents, alkalis, oils and domestic effluents. Fit for high purity water applications
Easy Installation :
Pipes of diameter less than 140 mm can be joined by hand pressure while for those of a larger diameter, a pipe jack is adequate
Lower cost of Installation :
Lightweight therefore they are easy to transport and Carry to the site
Flexibility :
Can accommodate slight shifting of the soil, bending of the pipe up to 2 degrees per joint and tolerates small gradients in underground piping
Immediate Testing :
Pipes can be tested for ability to withstand pressure immediately on completion of installation. There is no need to wait for the joints to dry, etc.
Maintenance Free :
No painting or coating required
